Congratulations to our Girls and Women’s Program Coordinator Laura Mark and USA Hockey’s #Blind #Hockey Rep @Doris Donley on leading a truly impactful camp.  Thank you to all of our coaches and speakers including Sports Nutrition with Natasha McLaughlin-Chaisson, Mental Performance from an Athletes perspective with three-time World Champion with the USA National Women’s Team Annie Pankowski, Full Potential Performance Coaching with Danny Patterson, a Stick Handling workshop with demonstrations from USA Blind Hockey Team Alumni Christine Callagy and Laura Mark, as well as a group workout by Moto Athletics’ Allie Bendus!

Above all thank you to the 40 + players, coaches, administrators, and volunteers who participated in today’s camp which will surely leave a legacy for the future of Girls and Women’s Blind Hockey.

Like all Canadian Blind Hockey programs, this camp was made possible by our presenting partner AMI, our national program partner CNIB Foundation, and partners Daniel Family Foundation, Electra Health, and Manion.

This camp was hosted in partnership with USA Hockey, and the Canadian Girls and Women’s program is supported by a grant from the Daryl K Seaman Canadian Hockey Fund at the Calgary Foundation. After the excitement created by today’s Virtual Camp, Canadian Blind Hockey is looking forward to the first time we will be able to host a Girls and Women’s Camp hopefully in the near future.
